In addition to the expansion of its mobile device management capabilities, Desktop Central has also been enhanced with integrated chat and support for Apple iOS 6, Microsoft Windows 8 and Windows Server 2012.

Finally, Desktop Central now features integrated chat, enabling collaboration between users - especially between IT administrators and users who need to communicate during the course of troubleshooting desktop issues. The auditing capability in chat helps enterprises stay compliant with standard regulations by recording and securely archiving a copy of each chat session.
