PAM360 » Release Details

Last updated on: Feb 15, 2022

The PAM360 team announces periodic product release updates depending on certain priorities, such as product roadmaps, customer feature enhancement requests, market-specific features, and so on.

The three key types of releases include:

  • Major releases which include new features, modules, and security enhancements. We roll out major releases once every quarter.
  • Minor releases which include feature enhancements and bug fixes. Minor releases are scheduled every two to four weeks.
  • Hotfix releases which are unscheduled, important updates that are rolled out immediately; these typically address customer issues and major security updates.

In general, the new versions of PAM360 are released as upgrade packs in a PPM file and can be applied over existing installations. The upgrade process is fairly straightforward and simple, and no additional cost is required to install the upgrade packs. However, if customers wish to avail our support team's assistance on upgrades, they will need to have an active annual support and maintenance subscription running.

Standard new features and other scheduled enhancements—in line with customer expectations and industry trends—are handled and released by our R&D team on a periodic basis. Customers are encouraged to direct their niche requirements and product customization requests to our customer success team. These requests are treated and delivered as professional services.
