Emails are not being delivered to specified email addresses when reports are scheduled.

Reason:

This could be because of incorrect mail server settings.

Resolution:

Configure the appropriate mail server using the following steps.

  1. Navigate to Admin tab > GeneralSettings > Server Settings > Email Server.
  2. Emails are not being delivered to specified email addresses when reports are scheduled

  3. Enter the appropriate values for Email Server, Email Port, and From Address.
  4. To provide the authentication credentials for the mail server, click the Authenticationlink located beside the From Address field. Choose theAuthentication Type and enter the mail server's User Name andPassword and click Configure.
  5. Emails are not being delivered to specified email addresses when reports are scheduled

  6. Click Save Changesto complete the mail server configuration process.
