Setup has detected an earlier version of AD Manager Plus.

Existing Installation detected

Possible Cause:

If you have already installed an instance of AD manager Plus and you try to install another instance on the same server, this error will occur.

Resolution:

  1. Login to the server where ADManager Plus is installed.
  2. Navigate to C:\Program Files (x86)\InstallShield Installation Information.
  3. The InstallShield Installation Information folder is a hidden by default, please unhide folder by selecting the Hidden items checkbox under the View tab to access it.
  4. Delete the entry that starts with CC00*** and ends with ****585, or you can rename the file.
  5. Install the new instance of AD Manager Plus.
