I get the following error message displayed in domain settings: Please configure at least one domain.

Possible cause:

ADManager Plus, upon starting, discovers the domains from the DNS server associated with the machine running the product. If no domain details are available in the DNS server, the message above will be displayed.

Solution:

Please follow the steps below to add a domain.

1. Log in to ADManager Plus.
2. Specify the Domain Name, and then click Discover Now to identify the domain controllers.

Note: If the domain controllers are not discovered automatically, you may enter the domain controller name and configure them.

1. To execute management actions using the fast domain controller, enable the Implement DC sort intelligence option.
2. Enable Authentication to provide the Username and Password of the domain account.
3. ClickSave.
