How to identify Active Directory user accounts with empty attributes

Use ADManager Plus' Users with Empty Attributes report to list the users displaying empty attributes.

Steps to generate a report that lists the users with empty attributes

  1. Select Reports tab.
  2. Navigate to User Reports > General Reports > Users with Empty Attributes.
  3. In the Users with Empty Attributes report page, select the domains for which you wish to generate this report. Limit the report scope to only specific OUs of the selected domains by clicking on Add OUs located next to Selected Domain.
  4. In Empty Attributes List, select the attributes that you wish to check.
  5. In Matching Criteria, based on your need, choose whether you wish to list a user only if all the specified attributes are empty, or even if any of the selected attribute is empty.
  6. Click Generate to view the report. To export this report, click Export As and select the desired format.

Note: By default only a specific set of attributes and fields are displayed in the report. If you wish to view other attributes and fields too, click Add or Remove Column located just above the first row of the report and select the necessary fields.
