How to find user accounts without mailboxes associated with them?

Objective: Discover the user accounts in your organization that aren't associated with mailboxes.

Steps:

  1. Go to the Reports tab.
  2. Click the Exchange Reports category.
  3. Open the Users Without Mailbox report under the General Reports sub-category.
  4. Select the domains and OUs for which you require this information and click Generate.
