How to Enable Hide from Exchange Address Lists using ADManager Plus?

Objective: How to enable Hide from Exchange lists for users in bulk

Solution: Using the bulk management capability in ADManager Plus, you can modify Exchange properties viz. Hide from Exchange Address list using the CSV file import option.

Steps to enable Hide from Exchange Address list using ADManager Plus:

1. Click Management tab.
2. Select User Management -> Exchange Limits -> Naming Attributes .
3. In Hide from Exchange address lists section, select Yes from the drop down list.
4. Select the desired domain and OU.
5. There are three ways to select the users whose Exchange properties have to be modified:
• Enter multiple names separated by a comma in the text box provided and click Search.
• Leave the field blank and click Search to see all users in the given domain and OU.
• Import a CSV file containing the list of users.
6. Once you have selected the users, click Apply.
