How to Check whether Home Folders and Roaming Profiles are been Deleted when Deleting a User Account

Objective: To configure deletion policies for AD user accounts to automatically delete the home folders and the roaming profiles when the corresponding user account is deleted.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to Admin > Custom Settings > Delete/Disable Policies.
  2. Select the Domain and select the following checkboxes,
    • Delete/Move Home Folders
    • Delete Remote Terminal Service Home Folder
    • Delete Roaming Profiles
    • Delete Roaming Terminal Service Profiles
  3. Click Save.
