How to identify users with duplicate attributes

Steps to generate a report that lists users with duplicate attributes

  1. Click Reports tab.
  2. Navigate to User Reports > General Reports > Users with Duplicate Attributes.
  3. Select the domains and the attribute that needs to be checked.
  4. Click Generate.

Find Active Directory users with duplicate attributes.

The next time you want to discover employees who have been assigned duplicate employee IDs, you can use this report to locate them easily. Then, you can choose the users whose attribute needs to be modified and change them right from within this report.

Additionally, you can disable, delete, or enable a users' accounts. You can also reset user passwords, unlock their accounts, allow or deny inherited permissions, create, archive, disable, or delete the users' Exchange mailboxes, modify mail storage limits, and more.
