Office 365 licenses not displayed in the Assign/remove license in Office 365 management

Reason:If you are a help desk technician who does not have access to a specific Office 365 account, you'd be unable to view the licenses. There are few other synchronization issues which could result in such an error.

Solution: Some troubleshooting steps are listed below.

  1. Refresh the Office 365 configuration settings in the Admin tab.
  2. Generate the license details report under the Office 365 license reports.
  3. If a helpdesk technician logs in and is unable to view the license, please check if the Office 365 license management is delegated to that technician.
  4. Clear the browser cache.
  5. Finally, execute the Get-MsolAccountSku PowerShell command to view the license details from ADManager Plus installed machine.
    Steps:
    • Open Windows PowerShell in the machine where ADManager Plus is Installed:
    • $UserCredential = Get-Credential (Enter the credentials configured in AdManager Plus under Admin-->Office 365)
    • Import-Module MSOnline
    • Connect-MsolService
    • Get-MsolAccountSku
