How can I view the list of all users in my entire Active Directory, or only specific OU(s)

ADManager Plus offers a predefined report which allows you to list all the users in a specified location.

Steps to generate a report of all users in a domain or an OU

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Go to User Reports > General Reports > All Users.
  3. Select the domains for which you wish to generate this report. To view all users in specific OUs, click Add OUs, which is displayed near the Selected Domain checkbox, and select the necessary OUs.
  4. Click Generate to view the report.

List all users in Active Directory

Note: By default, only a specific set of attributes or fields are displayed in the report. If you wish to view other fields or attributes too, click the Add or Remove Column option located just above the first row of the report and select the necessary fields.

To export the report in CSV, PDF, XLSX, HTML, or CSVDE format, use the Export As option located right above the report.
