How can I view the list of all users in my entire Active Directory, or only specific OU(s)?

Objective: To list all users located in the entire Active Directory, or in a specific Organizational Unit (OU).

Solution:ADManager Plus offers a predefined All Users report which allows you to list all the users in the specified location.

Using the All Users report

  1. Click the Reports tab.
  2. Go to User Reports. Under General Reports, click the All Users report.
  3. Select the domains for which you wish generate this report. To view the users of only specific OUs, click the Add OUs link that is displayed near the selected domains and select the necessary OUs.
  4. Hit the Generate button to view the report.

Note: By default only a specific set of attributes/fields are displayed in the report. If you wish to view other fields/attributes too, click the Add/Remove Columns option located just above the first row of the report and select the necessary fields.

To export the report, use the Export As option located right above the report.
