The 'recently deleted users' report shows no result, but all the other reports work fine

Reason: The credentials provided in the domain settings for that particular domain in ADManager Plus might not have sufficient permissions to access the deleted objects container in Active Directory.

Solution: In Domain Settings, for the required domain, provide the credentials of an account that has sufficient permissions to access the objects in that domain. To do this, follow these steps:

  • Click the Domain Settings link, located at the top right corner of ADManager Plus window.
  • You will now be in the Domain Configuration page, which lists all the domains that have been configured in ADManager Plus. In the Actions column of the domain in which you wish to add Domain Controllers, click the Edit Domain Details icon.
  • In the Domain Username and Domain Password fields, enter the credentials of an account with sufficient permissions.
  • Click Save.
