Objective : Finding out permissions assigned to the users in ADManager Plus and removing users who have left the company

Solution : ADManager Plus allows you to identify the specific set of permissions and administrative tasks assigned to users and remove them pertaining to ADManager Plus.

  1. Click Delegation tab.
  2. In the left navigation pane, click 'More'. Under Help Desk Reports, select Technicians Report.
  3. The Technicians report will list all the help desk technicians along with their delegated roles and administrative limits.
  4. Identify the users, who are designated as technicians, to be removed because of various reasons, eg. the user leaving the organization.
  5. Select Help desk Technicians from the left navigation pane. Select the user(s) whom you want to remove and click 'Delete.
