Unable to access ADManager Plus from a different server

Possible causes:

  1. The IP address, the host name or the port number being used to access the ADManager Plus server might be incorrect.

Solution:

  1. In the address bar of your browser, enter 'http://<ComputerName&rt;:<PortNumber&rt;' or 'http://<IP address of your computer&rt;:<PortNumber&rt;', where computer name is the name of the machine in which ADManager Plus is installed/running, IP address is the IP address of the computer where ADManager Plus is installed, and port number is the port number assigned to ADManager Plus.
  2. Note: Ensure that your computer and the ADManager Plus server are on the same network.
  3. If you still cannot connect to ADManager Plus, clear your browser's cache and cookies, and repeat step 1 again.
