Managing a large customer base became a tedious task for them and they needed a way to simplify their work.
As their primary business need, they were looking for a way to bulk import over 5000 users and manage them on a regular basis using CSV files. The biggest challenge they faced was manually entering all the users' data in addition to working with PowerShell.
Rack room shoes wanted a solution that would not only ease the manual entry of data but also automate all their processes, such as user onboarding and offboarding.
