The Problem

Previously, Central Bank was dependent on Powershell scripts to provision users. These tasks were executed by the security administrator upon the request of managers and security officers of the respective departments the user(s) belongs to. To make the admins' job much easier and efficient, Jerry Kolb, the manager of systems and security operations at Central Bank, was looking for a solution that can automate user provisioning and termination.

The Solution

Central Bank deployed ADManager Plus, ManageEngine's unified management and reporting solution for Active Directory (AD), Microsoft 365, Exchange, Skype for Business, and Google Workspace. ADManager Plus offers a single-window portal to perform complex tasks such as user lifecycle management, AD administration, AD backup, and more.

With ADManager Plus' template-based workflow orchestration feature, Central Bank can now automate their offboarding process with just a few clicks.

By leveraging customizable templates, CSV imports, and out-of-box integration with databases (such as Oracle and MS SQL Server) and HRMS applications (which include Zoho People, UKG Pro, Workday, and BambooHR), ADManager Plus helped Central Bank's administrative team delegate birthright access to AD applications for newly-joined users.
