Microsoft 365
This section will be available only Microsoft 365 is enabled under Admin > Apps & Add-ons > Integrations > Third Party.
Role Required: SDAdmin, SDSiteAdmin, Technicians with View Assets permission.
The last sync time is displayed on the top of the page. Administrators can update the subscriptions and user details anytime by clicking Scan Now.
Technicians with View Assets permission can view the data synced from Microsoft 365 under Assets tab. The subscriptions and licenses displayed to technicians depend on their site permissions.
The details fetched from Microsoft 365 are displayed in the following tabs:
