Mailbox import export changes reports

Using the reports available in this category, note all the important import and export changes that happen in all Exchange mailboxes.

Mailbox Import Changes

This report lists all the mailbox import operations performed by the admins and other delegates for all mailboxes in your Exchange environment.

Mailbox Export Changes

This report lists all the mailbox export operations performed by users in your organization over a given period of time.

Steps to generate mailbox import export changes reports:

1. Go to the Audit tab in the top pane.
2. Navigate to the Advanced Audit drop-down in the left side.
3. Expand the Mailbox Import Export Changes section, and choose a report.
4. Enter the period for report generation.
5. Select the type of view for the report. (Summary, Default, or Custom View).
