The reports available under this category give information about all emails that went undelivered in the organization.
Undelivered Emails
This report shows details about emails that were not delivered along with the possible causes.
To view the Undelivered Emails report:
Click on Reports → Email Traffic → Non - Delivery Reports → Undelivered Emails
Select the Period.
Emails to Invalid Addresses
This report lists details about emails that went undelivered. The non-delivery could be due to:
Invalid addresses
The user being blocked by the receiver
The sender exceeding the maximum sending limit
To view the Emails to Invalid Addresses report:
Click on Reports → Email Traffic → Non - Delivery Reports → Emails to Invalid Addresses
Select the Period.
Failure Due to Size
This report gives complete details about all emails that were not delivered due to certain size parameters. The reasons for non-delivery could be any of the following:
The size of the messages
A full database
The mailbox size exceeds storage quota
To view the Failure Due to Size report:
Click on Reports → Email Traffic → Non - Delivery Reports → Failure due to Size
Select the Period.
Delivered vs. Undelivered
This report displays the count of delivered and undelivered internal email messages in the organization.
To view the Delivered vs. Undelivered report:
Click on Reports → Email Traffic → Non - Delivery Reports → Delievered vs. Undelivered
Select the Period.
