Outlook Web Access Reports


This category provides reports on "Outlook Web Access" log ons in an Exchange environment. The "Outlook Web Access Reports" are based on Outlook Web Access Info Log Gathering Task.

There are 2 categories of reports available:

 

 

OWA General Reports

 

These reports display detailed information about the OWA logons of users in your organization. The reports present under this category are:

 

Log on By Users:

 

This report provides information on the number of times users have logged on to their mailboxes using Outlook Web Access.

To view Log on by users report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Log on By Users

  2. Select the Period.

Browser Based Log on:

This report provides information on the various Browsers and Browser versions used for Outlook Web Access logons.

To view Browser Based Log on report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Browser Based Log on

  2. Select the Period.

Client IP Based Log on:

 

This report provides information on the Client IPs used for Outlook Web Access logons.

To view Client IP Based Log on report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Client IP Based Log on

  2. Select the Period.

Server Based Log on:

 

This report provides information on the Servers used for Outlook Web Access logons.

To view Server Based Log on report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Server Based Log on

  2. Select the Period.

Log on Specifics:

 

This report shows all OWA logon information relating to users.

 

To view the Log on Specifics report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Log on Specifics

  2. Select the Period.

Logon Failure:

 

This report shows details of users who made failed logon attempts using Outlook Web Access.

 

To view the Logon Failure report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Log on Failure

  2. Select the Period.

OWA Department Reports

 

These reports provide complete logon information based on the department of the user. The reports present under this category are:

 

 

Log on Count per Department

 

This report shows the number of logons from each department.

 

To view the Log on Count per Department report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Log on Count per Departmen

  2. Select the Period.

Log on Count for Users of a Department

 

This report lists users from a selected department who have logged on using OWA along with their logon count.

 

To view the Log on Count for Users of a Department report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Log on Count for Users of a Department

  2. Select the department

  3. Select the time period

Log on Specifics for Users of a Department

 

This report generates detailed OWA logon statistics for users of a selected department.

 

To view the Log on Specifics for Users of a Department report:

  1. Click on Reports → Outlook Web Access → Log on Specifics for Users of a Department

  2. Select the department

  3. Select the time period
