InterGlobe Enterprises is a large Indian conglomerate holding leadership positions in aviation, hospitality, and travel-related services. With more than 20,000 employees at InterGlobe, IT manager Gautam Gupta and his team found it challenging to address all the issues reported by end users at their company. When asked what was troubling his team, Gupta explained, "We have 25,000 to 30,000 users. We have Active Directory and Microsoft Exchange on-premises. So, our IT operations team in Delhi gets a lot of calls from different users about security and access issues." It was becoming too much for the IT team to handle, so they began looking for a solution to help with everyday IT management.
