Self Service Configuration

In this section, you'll learn how to:

1. Grant authorized users—either all or a specific group—the ability to reset and modify passwords, unlock their account (AD-specific), and update their profile details (AD-specific).
2. Send password expiry notifications to users via SMS, email, or push alerts.
3. Use advanced password policy settings to create a custom password policy.
4. Automatically synchronize directory password resets/changes and AD account unlocks of a user account across multiple other platforms.
5. Allow users to use a single set of credentials to access various applications.
6. Set up various conditions to determine which user gets how much access to the different features provided by ADSelfService Plus.
7. Allow users to update their AD profile information, and subscribe or unsubscribe to AD email groups, etc.
