Subscribe or unsubscribe from a group
ADSelfService Plus helps you take control of your mailbox with a self-service Active Directory group subscription capability that allows you to opt in or out of the listed distribution groups.
How do I subscribe to a mail group?
- In the ADSelfService Plus user portal, go to My Group. Click Subscribe below the mail group you want to receive emails from.
Note: If your admin has enabled a self-service approval workflow, the IT team will need to approve your request to subscribe to a mail group.
How do I unsubscribe from a mail group?
- In the ADSelfService Plus user portal, go to My Group. Click Unsubscribe if you want to stop receiving emails from the selected mail group.
