CVE-2025-3833 describes an SQL injection vulnerability that could be exploited only by an authenticated ADSelfService Plus technician using custom input to search MFA reports available in ADSelfService Plus. The custom input was incorporated into SQL queries from the Reports module to the ADSelfService Plus database, without adequate validation or sanitization.
This vulnerability could only be exploited by authenticated ADSelfService Plus technicians, not end users. It allowed technicians to execute arbitrary SQL commands through the Reports module, posing a risk of unauthorized modifications to the ADSelfService Plus database.
This issue has been resolved in ADSelfService Plus version 6514 by ensuring that all queries to the database are properly sanitized.
Update your ADSelfService Plus instance to build 6514 or later, using the service pack.
This issue was reported internally through the Zoho BugBounty program.
