1. If I get a 5 user license, will that includes Administrator login or 5 SupportReps + Administrator ?

   It includes the Administrator Login.

2. I might need 20 more SupportReps licenses at a later time. Is there any option to top-up the current license ?

3. Does SCP have a permanant or perpetual licensing model ?
