OmniMax implemented ADManager Plus and engaged ManageEngine's Implementation team to design a comprehensive integration with UKG Pro that matched the company's multi-entity structure and compliance requirements. The main goals were to ensure HR events translated into standardized AD attributes, fix data quality issues such as duplicates, and automate onboarding, role changes, temporary leaves of absence, and terminations.
Harish, technical consultant at ManageEngine, led the implementation and worked closely with OmniMax's IT team to map fields, configure business rules, and create custom workflows, including delayed provisioning until after I-9 verification.
ADManager Plus now synchronizes with UKG Pro, applies validated templates to new and updated records, and executes provisioning and deprovisioning tasks automatically. The integration manages group memberships and license assignments and ensures that termination events trigger immediate account disablement and license removal.
