Problem

Red Hat patch downloads or deployments fail while the Red Hat Network portal is temporarily unavailable.

Cause

The Red Hat portal is temporarily unavailable, or the central server does not have the required certificate store in the download tool directory.

Resolution

Confirm that the cacerts file is downloaded and saved in UEMS_Server\lib\downloadTool.
Wait until the Red Hat Network portal is available.
Retry the Red Hat patch download or deployment.
If the issue persists after service is restored, contact support and provide the relevant log files.
