With the help of our implementation manager, Coleman did more than just implement ADAudit Plus, he discovered and solved an unique requirement too. In STORE Capital, when an account lockout happens due to an incorrect username or password, the accounts stay locked out indefinitely until a technician unlocks the account. To minimize downtime and help technicians be proactive, the implementation manager configured a custom alert to notify technicians as soon as an account is locked out.
