Examples of a few cmdlets:

• Get-Acl

  This cmdlet gets the security descriptor, which in turn contains the access control list, of a file or resource.

• Set-Acl

  This cmdlet changes the security descriptor of a specified file, to match the values in a security descriptor that you provide.

• Get-PfxCertificate

  This cmdlet gets an object representing each specified .pfx certificate file. A .pfx file includes the certificate and a private key.

• Get-Credential

  This cmdlet creates a credential object for a specified user name and password which can be used in security operations.

• New-FileCatalog

  This cmdlet creates a catalog of file hashes that can be used to validate the authencity of a file.

• Tracking PowerShell activity is important since PowerShell can be used to automate tasks such as gathering data, stealing system information, dumping credentials, etc.
• ADAudit Plus' PowerShell auditing reports help track PowerShell along with the commands executed in them.
• ADAudit Plus enables you to audit the following versions of PowerShell:
  1. PowerShell version 5.0
  2. PowerShell version 4.0
