The Problem

AAA Life’s existing user account creation process involved a help desk-based workflow where the IT technicians created user accounts from a portal inside Microsoft Exchange Servers. Serving more than 1.5 million active policies, the life insurance and annuity company was looking for a flexible and handy user account creation application to replace its existing system. AAA Life also wanted to customize its user account management process according to its requirements.
