ADManager Plus' Active Directory automation and reporting features help FHI360 save valuable time and enhance IT staff productivity

The Business Challenges

FHI360 admins were funneling too many productive hours on routine tasks. This reduced the amount of time they could spend on more important tasks that required their attention. FHI360 was looking for a tool that would let its IT staff automate these repetitive tasks.

The ADManager Plus Advantage

FHI360 tried ADManager Plus for its flexible automation feature that ensures error-free execution of repetitive tasks, saves admins valuable time and effort, and enhances IT staff productivity. Tad Gorenflo, senior systems administrator at FHI360, said,

According to Gorenflo, ADManager Plus' user templates feature—that helps administrators standardize values and customize user creation or modification—has also been a valuable addition for FHI360. 

Gorenflo also vouched for the "totally granular permission assignment capability" of the Help Desk Delegation feature, which allows admins to delegate tasks to non-administrative users with appropriate authentication and authorization controls.

Gorenflo also added that the tech support team "is very good to work with, very quick to respond," and the frequent free online training sessions, "improved our knowledge of the product's capabilities."
