Managing user accounts efficiently had become a time-consuming and error-prone task for the IT team at Stan Weaver & Company, a leading HVAC manufacturer in the United States. Any departmental changes or office transfers had to be handled manually, increasing the chance of oversight. To streamline identity operations, Stan Weaver & Company adopted ManageEngine ADManager Plus, extending its existing ManageEngine ecosystem that already included Endpoint Central. The goal was to automate user provisioning, updates, and deprovisioning, and eliminate the need for manual scripting.

Using ADManager Plus, the IT team integrated the company's HR system, UKG Ready, with AD through CSV-based automation. Employee data updates from HR now trigger automatic actions in AD, such as user account creation, attribute updates, or deactivation, ensuring that every change reflects instantly and accurately across systems.
