Generate and export Microsoft 365 contacts instantly
In general, Microsoft 365 contacts are created for customers or vendors. It's essential to keep track of their data to identify if there are any unauthorized changes made to their information. Using ADManager Plus' reporting capability, you can easily access the contacts list to gain insights into the activities on contact objects, and export them in multiple formats.

Contacts Audit Log

Modified Contacts
Find the list of contacts that were modified during the specific period.

Deleted Contacts
Obtain all the contacts that were deleted during any given period.

Inactive Contacts
Segregate contacts that have been inactive for a specific time period. You can also delete contacts in bulk from the same window.

Contact Activity
Specifies the details of emails sent and received by all the contacts in the past seven days.
Contacts with Owners

Fetches the list of all mail contacts. You can configure multiple attribute-based rules to obtain the exact data that you need.

- Log in to ADManager Plus.
- Go to Microsoft 365 → Reports → Contact Reports → Contact List.
- Choose your desired Microsoft 365 tenant account and click Generate.
Besides the Microsoft 365 contacts reporting capability, you can also perform bulk contact creation and modification from the same console.
