ServiceDesk Plus, the full-stack enterprise service management platform, is replacing its existing asset inventory agent with a unified agent courtesy of Desktop Central, the unified endpoint management solution from ManageEngine. The transition to a unified agent helps IT administrators harness Desktop Central' agent-based asset inventory capabilities in ServiceDesk Plus.

In addition to robust asset discovery, the unified agent helps service desks leverage Desktop Central's IT asset management capabilities within ServiceDesk Plus.

Discover Windows, Linux, and macOS machines by performing agent-based scans. Maintain uniformity of data fetched across these workstations.
