About this webinar

In this session, Sally and Paul will talk about the role service management played in supporting the wider NHS system during the pandemic and how service management had to change and adapt. Data and technology played a critical role in the nation?s response to the pandemic, and NHS Digital had to set up new services and enhance existing ones at an unprecedented pace. They will also discuss the work they did to ensure there were support structures in place to prevent service disruptions and to rapidly fix them when they did occur. In this session, we will share the lessons learned while supporting the national COVID-19 services that were built rapidly and at scale, and what this could mean for the future of service management.
