  1. Is SupportCenter Plus an installed (on-premise) or hosted product (on-demand) ?

    SupportCenter Plus provides an installed product. There is no hosted version.

  2. What database do you use for SupportCenter Plus ?

    SupportCenter Plus comes bundled with PostgreSQL database. But in case you want to use the MSSQL server or MySQL Server in your environment, you can use it instead.

  3. What webserver does SCP use ?

    SupportCenter Plus comes bundled with a JBoss & Tomcat webserver.

  4. We use "X" billing software to bill our customers. Is it possible to integrate it to SCP ?

    Yes. You can use our product APIs to integrate to third party applications.
