How to import a new template obtained from ManageEngine Support or an OpManager setup in different location ?

If you have an template in the form of .xml that is obtained either from ManageEngine support, or exported from an OpManager setup in a different location, or downloaded from the device templates page, you can easily import it into your current OpManager installation by following the below steps:

• Go to Settings -> Configuration -> Device Templates -> Import .
• Click on Import button
• Browse for the location of the exported template file (.xml file) and click on import
• Now the new template would be imported into your current OpManager installation.You can locate it under under Custom Templates page.

Note: Please ensure that the exported template file is not manually modified.
