Prevention Policy Reports

The Prevention Policy Reports list events that have occurred and were blocked based on the prevention policy configuration.

Clipboard Control: Displays all instances of clipboard copy actions along with the file copy actions that have been blocked based on the clipboard control prevention policy (formerly File Copy Policy).

Viewing the Clipboard Control report

You can view file copy actions and file copy attempts that have been blocked in the clipboard control report. Follow these steps to view the report:

  • Select Endpoint DLP from the drop-down menu. Go to Reports > Prevention Policy Reports.
  • Specify the endpoints and period for which you want to view the data using the Endpoint Name and Period drop-downs.

Note: Auditing file paste actions is enabled by default for all DLP policies and will be reported in the File Paste Report under Source Based Reports. See the report configuration page to learn more.
