Performance metrics of a Cambium cnMaestro monitor

OpManager Nexus collects the following metrics for a Cambium cnMaestro monitor and its discovered Managed Accounts and devices.

Metric name	Description	Unit
Availability	The percentage of time the cnMaestro controller responded to API polls during the selected period	Percentage
Response Time	The time taken by the cnMaestro controller to respond to an API poll	Milliseconds
Downtime	The total duration the controller was unreachable during the selected period	Minutes

Metric name	Description	Unit
Status	The current availability status (Up, Down, Trouble, Critical, Maintenance, or Suspended) of the Managed Account, Wi-Fi AP, switch, edge, wireless device, or PON OLT	Status
Downtime	The total duration a device or Managed Account was down during the selected period	Minutes
