How to monitor employee emails in Microsoft 365

Email is one of the most relied modes of communication in any organization. It is vital to keep a close eye on any information that is sent or received by the employees in your organization to ensure data security. M365 Manager Plus helps you monitor incoming, inbound, outgoing and outbound emails, with its detailed reports. While the native Microsoft 365 tool helps you monitor emails through email journaling, it has its own drawbacks such as the need to have a third-party or on-premises archiving system. M365 Manager Plus offers comprehensive reports that provide exhaustive information on mail traffic in comparison to the native tool.

These reports can be scheduled to be generated at custom time periods and mailed to your inbox. You can also choose to export these reports in various formats, such as CSV, XLSX, PDF, and HTML. The tool offers dashboard widgets of reports to give you a quick overview of the different facets of Exchange Online in your organization.
