Hybrid logon report in Azure AD can be obtained by following the below mentioned steps:
Login to ADAudit Plus
Go to the Reports tab
Choose Azure AD
Select the required Domain from the dropdown list
Navigate to User Logon Reports
Select Hybrid Logon Activity
Both Cloud Logon Activity and On-premises Logon Activity can be tracked by clicking on the appropriate options.
With the Azure portal, here is how you can monitor the hybrid logon activity:
Open the Azure portal
Search Azure Active Directory and select it
Scroll down panel on the left side of the screen and navigate to Monitoring
Select Audit Logs
Click on Services filter and select Hybrid Authentication from the drop-down list
Select an entry from the list of results that appear to get detailed information
To generate the hybrid logon activity report, click Download option to create a report in CSV or JSON format
