    The workflow feature in ADManager Plus helps define a standardized workflow structure for your organizations everyday tasks that involve making changes on Active Directory information.

    Administrators assign administrative tasks to helpdesk technicians for the ease of management but meanwhile they might want to keep a check on the tasks as they are being done, the workflow feature comes handy in such cases. It allows an administrator, helpdesk technician or any designated user from the organization to raise a request for a task to be done, the other roles of workflow - reviewers, approvers and executors will be assigned to helpdesk technicians (only) who will review, comment on, approve and execute the task respectively. Hence the administrator can retain the authority to keep a check on the process at any stage such as review, approve or execute while he still delegates.
