ADSelfService Plus allows users to reset passwords from anywhere for Windows AD, Microsoft 365, and other enterprise applications after securely verifying their identities using the configured MFA techniques. Password resets are supported on desktop logon screens and mobile devices, and the cached credentials are updated for remote users via VPN.
The password expiration notifier in ADSelfService Plus checks AD for users whose passwords are about to expire and notifies them via SMS, email, and push notifications. It allows for the customization of message content and notification frequency based on OUs and groups. Users can also be notified of their account status in addition to their password expiration details.
With ADSelfService Plus, users can use a secure web-based portal to change their AD passwords. Users can even change their AD passwords remotely using ADSelfService Plus. The configured password policies are enforced and displayed to the user during every password change.
