How to export Microsoft Teams data

In the Microsoft Teams admin center, you can view all Teams usage reports by navigating to Analytics & reports → Usage reports. You can select the required reports from the list, and choose the period for report generation before generating the reports. In order to export the data, click on Export to Excel, and download the data in CSV format. Unfortunately, the admin center has certain shortcomings, like storing data only up to the last 180 days and limited export options.

5. Once the report is generated, click on the Export As option in the top-right corner of the page, and export the report in CSV, PDF, HTML, or XLSX format.
