Business requirements:

To deliver customizable and sustainable elevators, Mitsubishi Elevator Europe collects and ingests elevator usage data from clients as a part of daily operations. However, this continuous data ingestion exposed their environment to potential attacks.

Despite having a vast infrastructure with diverse network resources, they manually collected logs from each device and compiled them into a single report. This process demanded significant administrative effort, slowed down compliance audit preparation and offered limited visibility across their environment.

How Log360 enhanced Mitsubishi Elevator Europe's security posture

The Dutch facility was looking for a SIEM solution to automate and centralize log collection. Having already adopted ManageEngine ADAudit Plus for AD auditing two years ago, Mitsubishi Elevator Europe reached out to ManageEngine's partner in the Netherlands—CBA BENELUX—to address their SIEM needs.

After a demonstration of Log360, Ilbay and his team chose to implement the solution. The benefits were immediate: Log360 streamlined monitoring of network searches, firewall traffic (incoming and outgoing), account lockouts, and DHCP logs.
