Thank you for downloading this release of ManageEngine End User Monitoring (EUM) agent.


The EUM agent collects data about the end-user experience and performance of network services and sends them to the central Applications Manager server. It displays those metrics in the Applications Manager web client. The agents can be installed in different geographically separate locations.

The monitors supported by the EUM agent are:

  • Ping
  • DNS
  • Mail Server
  • LDAP Server
  • Real Browser Monitor (RBM)
 System Requirements

The EUM agent can be installed on Windows and Linux systems in both 32-bit and 64-bit versions. For information about the system requirements, please refer this topic.

 Uninstalling End-User Monitoring Agent

In Windows, click Start > All Programs > ManageEngine End User Monitoring Agent > Uninstall.
