109033: Authentication failed for admin user

Event 109033 is generated when an administrative attempt authentication attempt is rejected because AAA challenge processing had been triggered but the ASA could not initiate interactive challenge processing with the client application. The user, source IP address, and the protocol are specified in the message.
How could you resolve this situation?
Reconfigure AAA so that challenge processing does not occur for these connection types.
