109024: Authorization denied for unauthenticated user

Cisco ASA is a security device that provides the combined capabilities of a firewall, an antivirus, and an intrusion prevention system. It also facilitates virtual private network (VPN) connections. It helps to detect threats and stop attacks before they spread through the network. 

Message: %ASA-6-109024: Authorization denied from source_address /source_port to dest_address /dest_port (not authenticated) on interface interface_name using protocol.

Event 109024 is generated when a user attempts to make a TCP connection across the ASA, which is configured for AAA, without prior authentication. The source IP address or port number, the destination IP address or port number, and the interface are specified in the message.
