105541: Failed to update route-table

Cisco ASA is a security device that provides the combined capabilities of a firewall, an antivirus, and an intrusion prevention system. It also facilitates virtual private network (VPN) connections. It helps to detect threats and stop attacks before they spread through the network.

Message: %ASA-2-105541: (Primary|Secondary) Failed to update route-table route_table_name, provisioning state: state_string.

Event 105541 is generated when a response to an Azure route-table state request is received and it contains a provisioningState that indicates a failure to update the route-table. The route table name and provisioning state string are specified in the message.

How could you resolve this situation?

The Active unit would make three attempts to update a route-table. If all three attempts fail, collect details about the events leading up to the error and contact Cisco TAC.
